An outhouse for guests (in 30 sq m)
Our customer asked for an intervention in a portion of the house. “The villa has a small body on one side where we want to make an outhouse for guests, a bathroom and a studio for my husband… in 30 metres of surface and 3.50 of height. Is it possible?” Our answer was, “of course, madam. We are able to build houses inside yachts; we will also do this”.

We have dug one metre and a half under the ground and we have created internal spaces in height; a small entrance and, three steps below it, an unusual bathroom; three other steps below, there is a small collector’s studio for the man of the house, and finally, on the mezzanine floor, a guest room.
